Who is responsible for your data

3X MARKETING MANAGEMENT - FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, decides what is collected here and why. We run 3x.reviews, a site where people apply, train and work as remote chatters. If you have a question about any of it, the contact details are at the bottom of this page.

What we collect, and when

When you browse the site. Your IP address, approximate country, device type, the pages you visit and which link brought you here. If you arrive through a recruiter link, we store an anonymous visitor id in your browser so your join can be credited to the right recruiter. We use this to see where applicants come from and to keep the site working.

When you apply. Your answers to the questionnaire, your first name, email, password (stored encrypted), age, country and languages.

When you take the typing test. Your results: words per minute, accuracy, word count, reply count and timing, plus the checks that confirm you took it yourself. If you post a public challenge result, the name you chose to show.

If you are approved. Your Discord account name and id, so we can open your training channel.

Before you sign the NDA and contract. Your legal name, date of birth, address, nationality, a photo of your passport or ID, and your payment details. Only staff can see these.

While you work. Your schedule, sales figures and payouts, so we can pay you.

If you join the recruiter program. Your recruiter link and code, who joined and was hired through it, your reward balance, and the crypto wallet address you give us to be paid.

When you talk to us. The messages you send us by email, Telegram or Discord, which we may keep so there is a record of what was agreed.

Why we use it

Each thing we collect maps to something we actually do:

• run the test and issue a fair result;
• review your application and decide on next steps;
• train you, sign the contract, and pay chatters and recruiters, and keep the records that requires;
• credit recruiter referrals to the right person;
• answer your questions and support you while you work with us; and
• spot cheating, fake applications and fraud, and keep our systems secure.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising to other people.

Your test results and the leaderboard

Results from the public typing challenge appear on our leaderboard only if you post them, under the name you enter or as Anonymous. Applicant test results stay internal to the team. Ask us and we will remove a posted result.

Who else sees it

Railway hosts the site and database (United States). Google Drive stores signed documents, ID photos and nightly database backups, in our own company Drive. Resend sends our emails. Discord runs the training server. Anthropic checks ID photos and grades English samples automatically. Each of them only gets what they need to do that job.

Staff connect our own company Google Drive to the site with Google sign in. We use Google Drive access only to create folders, upload documents and backups, and read them back. We do not read, share or sell any other Google data. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Payments and wallet data

Chatters and recruiters are paid in crypto to the wallet address you give us. We store that address encrypted and use it only to pay you. Because payouts settle on a public blockchain, the transactions themselves are visible on that network. That is how the technology works and is outside our control. Never share private keys or a seed phrase with anyone, including us; we only ever need your public receiving address.

How long we keep it

Applications that never finish are deleted after 12 months. Rejected applications after 6 months. Signed contracts, NDAs, ID photos and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires after you stop working with us, then deleted. You can ask us to remove your data sooner.

Your choices

Email frogusgoated@gmail.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days. We will do what you ask unless we are required to keep something (for example, a payout record), and if so we will tell you what and why. Deleting means we close your application or account. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain uses, or to complain to your local data protection authority.

How we protect it

Passwords are stored hashed, wallet addresses and ID documents are encrypted at rest, database queries are parameterised, and access to the database and staff tools is limited to the people who run recruitment. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and design for it.

Age

The site and the work are for adults. You must be at least 18 to use the test or apply, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, tell us and we will delete what we have.

Cookies and browser storage

We use one login cookie and one anonymous visitor id. The visitor id keeps your answers saved while you apply and credits a recruiter link to the right person. No third party tracking cookies. You can clear both any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Changes to this policy

When we change how we handle data, we update the "last updated" date at the top. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email before it applies. The current version is always the one on this page.
